Manager: Sarah Woodford

Sarah was born on the island. She started her career in residential care at the age of 16 working at Cherry Trees residential home. Over a period of years she worked her way up to a senior position and eventually became the manager in 1998.In 2003 Sarah took over the managers position at Cherry Blossom residential home at which she stayed until joining Isle Care in July 2006. Sarah is currently the manager of Polars.
