Older Persons Residential Services
Isle Care operates four Older Persons homes on the Island. These are situated in Bembridge, Ventnor, Newport and East Cowes. We aim to provide high quality services, which are flexible and responsive to the individual needs of our clients.
Individual care plans are drawn up and involve the Clients carers, friends or relatives as much as possible. We encourage and support our Clients to be as independent as possible, within safe limits. Clients are encouraged to make their own decisions and choices and we will treat them with dignity and respect at all times. We aim to put the needs of our residents first and we encourage them to make their views known if they are unhappy with our service.
We like to encourage our Clients to keep active and therefore we provide opportunities to take part in various organised activities, including regular twice weekly minibus trips. We like to be part of the community and actively promote activities which maintain and develop links between our homes and the local community.
