Learning Disability Residential Services

We operate eleven homes across the Island. The majority of these provide support for between four and six clients, with one home offering accommodation for thirteen.

We aim to provide environments that are comfortable and provide day-to-day support for our Clients to achieve their goals and aspirations. Every Client has his or her own support plan embracing the ethos of ‘Person Centredness’ utilising various media options including ‘Change Picture Bank’.

Each home has a registered manager and a qualified staff team. Training forms a very important part of delivering quality services. All staff follow an intensive programme to include full statutory training, specialist courses and NVQ.
