Job Title: Administration Support Assistant
Reporting to: Dom Care Manager
Job Purpose: To work as a member of the Domiciliary Team providing administration support
MAIN TASKS
- Payroll Support
- Assists with tasks relating to Quality monitoring issues. Examples of tasks include production of reports and graphs from data within company computer systems, in order to support the Domiciliary Care Management team.
- Using computerised programmes where necessary, deals with correspondence and assists with the preparation of Domiciliary Care literature, e.g. Induction Training, Care at Home Handbook, updating forms.
- Orders special stationery needs and co-ordinates the printing and collation of Domiciliary Care literature.
- Assists with the production of information required by the Central Office management team for the production of tenders, and produces Power Point presentations as directed by managers.
GENERAL
- Gives routine advice and information to callers and prospective customers in relation to the work of the Company.
- Be familiar with and ensure own compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
- Ensure proper confidentiality of information at all times.
- Provide cover for other administrative staff as necessary and when requested to do so.
- Carries out other tasks as required.
