The refurbishment at Inver House is now complete. We have created a modern state of the art home and fantastic place to live or work. With modern facilities in a beautiful environment and all new furniture, fixtures, and fittings, a real home from home.
Going from 32 bedrooms to 52 bedrooms including several premium rooms, it is large but friendly home. There are many small lounges and dining rooms dotted around the home along with a hair dressers and a spa bathroom.
16 of the bedrooms are in a dedicated dementia wing in which residents receive specialist care this includes the use of the eclipse system for monitoring people and health needs.

UPDATE: November 2008
The footings for the Inver close care apartments are complete, and the actual Inver apartments are underway. The site foreman for the construction company Martin Dover says, "we are really excited about the apartments which are of a good size within a stunning building."
The 11 close care apartments are the first Isle Care have built, and interest has been overwhelming says Regional Manager Steve Witheyman. We will be able to offer a range of on site facilities including access to the Inver Restaurant, the Spa, and a range of activities.
UPDATE: October 2008
The foundations are underway. The start on the Inver close care apartments began this week, and the luxury flats will be completed in the summer of 2009. The apartments will have excellent finishes and services, and represent premier accommodation for the more independent older person. There will be modern security systems installed, and car parking spaces. The owner-occupiers will also have access to some of the new Inver site amenities, which will include a state of the art hairdressing salon and a spa room.
Redevelopment
Inver House is currently undergoing a major refurbishment due for completion early 2008.
