Introduction

A thoughtfully converted Edwardian family house, Inver House is located in the small town of Bembridge. Local amenities such as shops, banks, and a Post Office are only a short walk away, and the seashore with its lifeboat station, maritime museum and the famous windmill are also close at hand.

We offer a very high standard of 24-hour care in a friendly and peaceful environment. At Inver House we provide continuing quality of life and peace of mind, opportunities to maintain links with the community and on-going assessment to ensure that individual needs continue to be met.

Accommodation

Inver House is furnished to a high standard throughout, and all of the bedrooms are fitted with a call system. Many rooms have the benefit of en-suite facilities. Accommodation consists of single rooms, and lift access is available to all parts of the home. We have a number of communal areas including a relaxing veranda, comfortable lounges, and a spacious dining room, which residents and their guests are welcome to use. The large gardens are also popular during the summer months.

Within Inver House there is a dedicated nine-bedroom suite for the mentally infirm.

At Inver House we hold a varied activities programme which includes weekly minibus outings, entertainment, light exercise and crafts if you have a particular hobby we will do all we can to help you pursue your interests.

Staff

We offer 24-hour care or Day Care options; this is always provided by a dedicated and experience team of staff. Our staff have been trained to the highest standard and being part of Isle Care ensures that all staff are offered on-going training to ensure we provide the best possible service.
