Providing Care for the Isle of Wight

Isle Care is a leading provider of quality care for older people and adults with learning disabilities on the Isle of Wight.

We are part of a larger not-for-profit group (Somerset Care) and are continually improving and expanding our services.

Our Service

We aim to care for, support and enable vulnerable people on the Isle of Wight. We provide care for older people and adults with learning disabilities. We also run a domiciliary care business.

Our residential care for older people

Nurses

We provide four residential homes for older people which also offer day care and short stay respite. Two of the homes also offer special care to meet the particular care needs of older people with dementia.

Our care for people with learning disabilities

We have a range of group homes for people with learning disabilities. These range from 'supporting people' accommodation, promoting independence in daily living and employment, through to intensive physical and psychological care for those with multiple disabilities requiring one to one staff support.
