Providing Care and Support for the Southern Region

Isle Care is a leading provider of quality care for older people and support for adults with learning disabilities across the Southern Region.

We are part of a larger not-for-profit group (Somerset Care) and are continually improving and expanding our services.

Our support for people with learning disabilities

Service Users at the Isle of Wight Festival We have a range of services for people with learning disabilities. These include individualised support packages for people living in their own homes, people living in shared housing, accommodation based Supporting People services, and registered residential care.

Our residential care for older people

We provide four residential homes for older people which also offer day care and short stay respite. Two of the homes also offer special care to meet the particular care needs of older people with dementia.
